Allure
was one of two does that we bought from Jonathan when he downsized his
herd this year. A daughter of the incredible Aroura and Goldenrod, we
couldn't pass her up! The decision was easily made when I watched her
glide across the pen! Allure had a mild case of mastitis early in the
year that made her ever so slightly lopsided. She still was
consistently right behind Time and Sparrow in the ring. After
treating her this fall at dry-off, we are confident she will rebound
this spring. She is quickly maturing into one of the most stylish and
prettiest does in the herd. 233-1220-28-37
2008: Allure has been one of those does that I despaired was ever going to grow out of the gawky stage! At the end of 2008 she finally got it all put together to go GCH and Best Doe in Show at the Eastern Idaho State Fair! 2008 Lactation: 288-1940-49-56
2009: Allure looked wonderful again this year - but we just didn't hit enough shows to get her finished. Maybe next year! She pulled out a 14th place finish at the National show against some incredible competition. Her appraisal score remained steady at 89 VEVE -- I know sooner or later she will pull out that ONE point to score excellent!

Allure is bred AI to Tempo Aquila Freelance and due March 2010. Needless to say, we are VERY excited about this breeding! Darn - twin bucks!
2010- We were very excited that Allure appraised at 90 VEEE! She has been in the very large shadow of Maxime for her entire show career, so we are hoping that next year will be her time to shine.
January 2011- Allure is one of those does that tend to fade into the background in the barn. Nonetheless, she is one of the most solid does in the herd. Allure is live bred to Pearl Valley Speed Nyeri. Allure has been very stingy on the does, so we have our fingers crossed that she will bless with one or two!
July 2011- We finally got a gorgeous doeling out of Allure! We have decided to go ahead and offer her for sale - we just don't have enough space for everyone! She has 2 GCH legs. $650
